This is my first time making a claim with outsurance, the response time and attitude i am getting is absolutely horrible, I feel as though they have no regard for my problem at all, I was involved in a accident on the 15th February 2010, i called outsurance to make a claim, it seems as if no one has the time of day for me as none of the available options where explained to me (should i be claiming from the other parties insurance, who will be liable for damages, ect), when trying to contact the legal department i am told the necessary people are not in, how am i to make a claim of any kind if i am given such little help!!! They advertise such amazing service but i am left more frustrated then relieved as they have promised!

Utterly disgusted: Just when I thought things were looking up Outsurance leaves me hanging again, I am really at loss for words for the poor service I have received in making my claim, Letlotlo the advisor has been not helped me one bit, rude, abrupt, waste of time! | ||||
