PROBLEM Passing the Buck
HEADLINE Terrible service, not delivering what was promised
THE INCIDENT

This is my first time making a claim with outsurance, the response time and attitude i am getting is absolutely horrible, I feel as though they have no regard for my problem at all, I was involved in a accident on the 15th February 2010, i called outsurance to make a claim, it seems as if no one has the time of day for me as none of the available options where explained to me (should i be claiming from the other parties insurance, who will be liable for damages, ect), when trying to contact the legal department i am told the necessary people are not in, how am i to make a claim of any kind if i am given such little help!!! They advertise such amazing service but i am left more frustrated then relieved as they have promised!

It was most disappointing to read about your experience while submitting your claim. Based on what you describe, you have not received the standard of service we pride ourselves in, and I'm truly sorry about this!

I tried to call you now, and left my contact details on your voicemail. I am however going to have the matter investigated and will ensure that you receive proper feedback in this regard during the course of today.

Utterly disgusted: Just when I thought things were looking up Outsurance leaves me hanging again, I am really at loss for words for the poor service I have received in making my claim, Letlotlo the advisor has been not helped me one bit, rude, abrupt, waste of time!
